Father Ignacio Alcina - he was the rector of Palapag, 1657-1666, rebuild the church and the town after the 1649-1650's Sumoroy rebellion aftermath. (behind the figures is the ruins of the Palapag old church)

Don Jeronimo de Montero - a Portuguese by birth, he commanded the Nuestra Senora de Cobadonga, Spanish treasure galleon.

George Anson - captain of HMS Centurion of British Royal Navy who captured Cobadonga before arriving at Cape Espiritu Santo in Palapag.

Admiral James Saumarez - second to the highest command of HMS Centurion ship.
